As the items are handmade, there may be slight changes from item to item. Each item is unique, and therein lies its charm.

 

Production time-

 

Most items are handcrafted per order, and will be ready within 3 weeks from the date of approved payment. Items specified as "ready for shipment" will of course be shipped right away.

 

Shipping-

 

Shipping is only to - US, UK, France and Italy.

Items are sent with insured and registered EMS courier service, with a tracking number, and arrive with courier between 4-6 business days, to the address specified in the order.

 

Please indicate your ring size when ordering a ring.

 

 

Product price is the price that appears on the site at the time of purchase.

Gili Forshmit reserves the right to change, at any time, the prices of items and / or services on display, even without prior notice.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

I accept returns and exchanges.

Simply contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery.

 

I don't accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When shipping back an item, any customs payments will be deducted from the refund issued for that returned item.
